Detailed studies allow to analyze process conditions, stream composition and flowrates that with the typical instrumentation of a plant or even with offline instrumentation is not possible to measure. For example, the traffic of streams, either liquid or vapor streams, between trays or other stages is not possible to analyze since are not in fact process lines feasible to sample. But with a process simulation model is possible to analyze composition, properties and other relevant information inside the deodorizer. |
